QUESTION: I’ve never done this before. How does this work?

 
 

ANSWER:
Great question, what we want to accomplish is creating the most unique and memorable experience possible for you. We do that by consulting over the phone discussing everything from what the event is, what it means to you, learn a little about you and the folks involved. Discuss allergies and dietary restrictions, likes/dislikes, table scape, levels of service and of course food and everything between.

In addition, we would introduce our partners that could help enhance the event by assisting with or providing floral suggestions, table scapes by our interior designer, photography, wine education, etc.

 

QUESTION: Do we choose from menu options?

 
 

ANSWER:
Every event and host is unique so instead of forcing you to color inside the lines we prefer to custom create a menu to fit your specific needs, wants, and dietary restrictions.

QUESTION: How far do you travel for an event?

 
 

ANSWER:
We try not to limit ourselves to a specific region or service area. Instead, we try our best to be flexible so that we can serve all of New England.

QUESTION: Do you bring your own dishes, pots, pans and silverware?

 
 

ANSWER:
We bring it all! We wouldn’t make you bring your own dishes to a restaurant, after all!

Question: What’s a unique snack?

 
 

Answer:
Radishes and sea salt whipped butter. Just dip the raw radish into the butter and NOSH it’s just so good!

Question: What is the cost of having a private chef in your home?

 
 

Answer:
Every event is different. We customize and create budgets based on every unique experience. Please inquire about your specific needs for a budget.

Question: How is COVID-19 effecting events?

 
 

Answer:
We are inclined and determined to work within local community, state, and federal guidelines. Prior to COVID we have always utilized best practices with safety and sanitation along with the utmost decorum and professionalism and will continue to do so.
